Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pup to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. Size exchanges are fast and easy, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with tags. To start your online exchange/return please click here.
If you purchased the free returns policy for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the free return + exchange protection policy at the original time of checkout, shipping charges associated with sending the item back to us will be your responsibility.
We kindly ask our pupstomers to ensure that the ponchos they exchange are clean and free from any dog hair. Items showing signs of wear or traces of pet hair will be ineligible for returns/exchanged and no refund will be issued.
Returns and exchanges are accepted 15 days after order date.
Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.
